How to Succeed

• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO by transforming high-level strategies into actionable plans and ensuring clear communication to relevant stakeholders for effective execution.
• Serve as a vital link between business units and the broader organizational network, enabling seamless operations and fostering transparent communication.
• Work directly with the CEO, Management Team (MT), and key stakeholders such as all business lines, Finance, HR, NFR, Compliance, and Communications.
• Activities will be aligned with departmental priorities and determined in collaboration with the CEO.
• Drive and manage change initiatives that align with the MT objectives.
• Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for Hubs Turkiye, representing the organization within the broader Hubs Network.
• Assist in preparing management meetings by contributing to the agenda, taking minutes, and tracking action points.

Flexibility & Adaptability: Knowledge of successful approaches, tools, and techniques for dealing with changes and adapting to a changing environment; ability to adapt as needed.

Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis and the ability to determine the root cause of diverse problems and create alternative solutions that resolve the problems in the best interest of the business.

About you

• Bachelor’s with analytical background like Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, MIS, Statistics etc. (Master’s degree will be a plus)
• Previous experience and proven knowledge in relevant areas; CEO Office experience is a plus
• Experienced in reporting and documentation, capable of preparing reports for senior management and taking clear, well-structured notes
• 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in international environment
• Solid knowledge of project or program management, with a proven record of leading projects in complex organizations being a plus
• Strong awareness of cultural and organizational dynamics
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; data visualization tools a plus
• Excellent team member with an ability to clearly communicate at all levels of an organization in a collaborative and non-hierarchical environment
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to details
• Strong skills in follow-up and workflow management
• Open-minded for new technologies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish
