Analista de Fondos Mobiliarios

Location: Santiago de Chile

Description

Analizar, registrar y ejecutar el procesamiento de fondos, de acuerdo con las normativas de los reglamentos internos, ley única de fondos y lo regulado por la CMF, con el propósito de lograr el cierre de fondos en tiempo y calidad.

Job specification

1. Revisar, comprobar y registrar la información financiera y contable de los instrumentos de inversión y de los distintos eventos de capital

• 1.1 Revisar y corroborar correos y SharePoint de información contable y financiera
• 1.2 Revisar tablas de desarrollo de instrumentos de deudas y deuda pública
• 1.3 Registrar aportes y rescates de fondos mutuos
• 1.5 Envío de cartolas de diferentes clientes
• 1.6 Validar de forma externa e interna de la información ingresada

2. Elaborar y archivar los informes de control interno y externo

• 2.1 Elaborar conciliaciones

3. Coordinar con las distintas áreas de la compañía y clientes, el flujo y administración de los movimientos de los fondos

• 3.1 Enviar información para validación de control y riesgo
• 3.2 Carga de precios
• 3.3 Carga de UF

Skills Required:

CONOCIMIENTOS

• Contables básicos, financieros y del mercado de capitales.
• Excel intermedio

EXPERIENCIA

• Al menos dos años trabajando en el rubro financiero
• Disponibilidad para trabajar en tres turnos rotativos
