We're looking for dedicated liability professionals to join our growing team. In this role, you'll manage a varied caseload of Employers' Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) injury claims, alongside Third Party Property Damage claims, with flexible working arrangements including hybrid options. This is a technical, customer-focused role involving the investigation of policy coverage and legal liability, negotiation and settlement of claims on behalf of our insurer and corporate clients, and the handling of both injury and property damage claims through to conclusion, working independently and under referral where appropriate. You will investigate allegations made against policyholders, provide detailed liability advice, gather and assess relevant evidence, identify potential fraud risks, maintain proactive communication with all parties, manage litigated files where required, and ensure accurate record keeping and correspondence throughout the claims lifecycle.
