Role Summary
The Investor AML Manager is responsible for overseeing investor onboarding, due diligence, ongoing monitoring, and AML/KYC compliance activities for Fund Administration clients. The role ensures investor AML processes comply with regulatory requirements, client agreements, and internal policies while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee investor AML/KYC onboarding and due diligence processes for fund administration clients.
- Review and approve investor due diligence files, including identification, beneficial ownership and source of funds documentation.
- Manage ongoing monitoring, periodic reviews, sanctions screening and PEP assessments.
- Act as an escalation point for complex or high-risk investor cases.
- Ensure compliance with AML/CFT regulations, internal policies and client requirements.
- Liaise with clients, investors, auditors, compliance teams and other stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor and develop Investor AML team members.
- Prepare KPI, management and client reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Accounting or related discipline.
- 5+ years of AML/KYC, investor services, fund administration or financial services experience.
- Strong knowledge of AML/CFT and investor due diligence requirements.
- Experience managing teams and client relationships.
- CAMS or equivalent qualification desirable.
- Fluency in English; Spanish preferred.
