Learning and Development Intern (m/f/d)

About the Job

We are looking for an intern to support the local Learning & Development team in coordinating and administering training programs. You will work hands-on with learning management systems, collaborate with both local and global L&D specialists and gain real exposure to corporate training operations in an international technology environment.

What you do

• Manage the training calendar and set up events in the LMS.
• Publish and promote sessions through internal communication channels.
• Handle on-site logistics (catering, room setup, materials) and track attendance with signature collection.
• Create learning paths and share resources and links within the company’s LMS tools. Assist employees with platform queries and escalate technical issues to the global support team.
• Verify training eligibility per local regulations, coordinate documentation with organizers and submit records to the compliance team.
• Manage signature collection and archive all documentation per retention policies. Update internal pages and contribute to L&D branding content.
• Send satisfaction surveys, analyze feedback and communicate mandatory training deadlines to employees and generate reports on our LMS System.

What you bring

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Able to sign an internship agreement with a university or training institution.
• Strong Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Good command of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable managing multiple tasks
• Previous experience in a similar role (L&D, HR, or training internships) and familiarity with LMS platforms, virtual meeting tools, or local training compliance frameworks.
• Minimum 6-month commitment in a part-time or full-time environment (hybrid working model).
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
