What you do
Program Leadership and Management:
- Lead and manage complex programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee program delivery in international contexts, involving hubs, offshore locations, and multicultural teams.
- Monitor progress to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Strategic Collaboration:
- Collaborate with leaders, product teams, vendors, and stakeholders across Allianz Operating Entities (OEs) to ensure effective program execution.
- Foster communication and alignment among cross-functional teams to drive successful delivery.
Strategic Planning and Performance Enhancement:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance performance and achieve objectives.
- Identify improvement opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Program Portfolio Management:
- Contribute to managing program portfolios, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
- Coordinate and track program initiatives, fostering a structured and cohesive approach to delivery.
Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and outcomes.
- Adapt to changing priorities and ensure alignment with agile methodologies to enhance program delivery.
- Proactively analyze ambiguous problems, surface risks, recommend solutions, and manage escalations.
Performance Monitoring and Metrics:
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost, quality, capacity, and business continuity.
- Leverage artificial intelligence tools (e.g., generative AI) to enhance program delivery and decision-making.

- Experience in defining and monitoring KPIs to ensure program performance and alignment with strategic goals.
- Familiarity with leveraging AI tools to enhance program delivery and decision-making is a plus.
