About the Job

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our analytics team. In this role, you will be a valued member of a cross-functional team responsible for developing and operationalizing analytics solutions for our customers. You will contribute to building a centralized capability for integrating and automating data across business areas, while supporting the adoption of analytics tools that deliver real business value through impactful use cases.

What You Do

  • Design and develop scalable data pipelines and data models (ETL/ELT) from various sources
  • Develop and maintain cloud-based data warehouses optimized for analytical workloads
  • Implement integration between on-premises and cloud-based data systems
  • Optimize query performance and resource utilization
  • Set up data governance frameworks ensuring regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR)
  • Develop data quality monitoring and validation processes across pipelines
  • Collaborate with business SMEs and cross-functional teams to scope and deliver use cases

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in data engineering, data analysis, and manipulation
  • Degree-level education or above (preferred)
  • Knowledge and capability of Microsoft Azure toolset and Databricks
  • Knowledge of market-leading BI and analytics tools, processes, and outputs
  • Experience contributing to data-centric or technical projects
  • Strong knowledge of data security, quality, and accuracy tools and processes
  • Experience delivering in continuous delivery automated tool chains
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining accuracy and meeting tight deadlines
  • Willingness to grow into mentoring responsibilities and support peers in technical best practices
  • Basic AI knowledge and genuine interest in AI-driven solutions
