To support in these efforts, we are hiring a Culture & Engagement Intern to assist global projects related to culture and engagement, Organizational Health and Safety, wellbeing and inclusion.\n\n## **What you do**\n\n- Assist with our global recognition platform, fostering a culture of appreciation and employee recognition within the company.\n- Monitor and Report: Track program activity and create reports to analyze usage and results.\n- Collaborate with Communications: Work with Global Communications to develop campaigns and communications for the recognition program across various channels.\n- Assist Project Management: Assist the Project Manager in facilitating enablement to ensure effective utilization of the platform.\n- Engage with Local Teams: Conduct info sessions with different countries to identify local challenges and opportunities.\n- Ongoing Support: Provide communications and support to colleagues across functions and locations.\n- Link Recognition Initiatives: Help connect recognition efforts to internal and external initiatives\u002Fevents (e.g., World Gratitude Day, Season of Giving).\n\n## **What you bring**\n\n- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master program; all fields of study are welcome. Experience in project management and data analysis is a plus.\n- High proficiency in English is required.\n- Strong interest in employee engagement, employee experience, inclusion, wellbeing and data analysis.
