This role ensures that the ACDC meets all internal and external audit requirements through proactive evidence creation, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.\n\n## What you do\n\n- Independently create, compile and maintain audit evidence to support internal and external audit requirements. Request and collect evidence from relevant teams and stakeholders across the ACDC and ensure all evidence is accurate, complete, and delivered within required timelines.\n- Serve as the central point of contact for all incoming audit inquiries and requests directed at the ACDC. Coordinate, track and respond to audit requests in a timely and structured manner as well as liaising with auditors to clarify requirements and ensure smooth audit processes.\n- Continuously assess and improve audit-related processes and workflows within the ACDC. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks in current evidence gathering and documentation practices\n- Develop and implement standardized procedures to enhance audit readiness\n- Create and maintain audit-relevant documentation in collaboration with all ACDC teams. Ensure documentation meets regulatory, compliance, and internal standards\n- Maintain a structured and accessible repository of audit artifacts\n- Work closely with all areas of the ACDC, with a particular focus on the Compliance function. Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient evidence collection and support Compliance initiatives by providing relevant audit documentation and insights.\n\n## What you bring\n\n- Ongoing university studies with a focus on Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or Compliance. Understanding of audit frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001)\n- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the aility to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.\n- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.\n- Proficiency in the MS Office suite and proficiency in documentation and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA).\n- Independent and customer-oriented working style, quick comprehension\n- High resilience and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
