About the Job
The function Legal - Corporate Governance & Boards is part of the Legal Division, located in the Finance area, with a direct reporting line to the General Counsel of Allianz Technology SE. Our central function supports and drives the central organization as well as the many local organizations towards a uniform Corporate Governance approach across Allianz Technology Group. This includes inter alia keeping the Corporate Rule Book up to date, containing all internal Allianz Technology Group policies and regulations. The Corporate Governance & Boards unit also advises on various corporate law matters and transactions.
What you do
- Support the Corporate Governance & Boards team in the upkeep of the Corporate Rule Book – including organizing vetting for various corporate rules, liasing with corporate rule owners, ensure Corporate Rule Process is being followed, as well as publishing and communicating of Corporate Rules
- Support the Corporate Governance & Boards team on ongoing Corporate Governance projects
- Support the Corporate Governance & Boards team on corporate housekeeing, inter alia on drafting corporate documents, as well as organizing signing and filing of documents
- Design and edit a variety of Powerpoint presentations and Word documents
- Assist with invoice handling and processing
- Support with AI and AI automation projects
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries on various topics as needed
What you bring
- Preferably studying Law, Business Adminsitration, Economics, or a related area looking for exposure in Corporate law and corporate governance topics. However, we are also open to open-minded candidates from other areas of studies
- Excellent spoken and written English and German is mandatory
- Strong communication skills, both, written and orally
- Very good skills in MS Office, especially in Powerpoint, Excel and Word, AI affinity
- Powers of comprehension, hands-on, open minded, curious to learn, and detail-oriented.
- You can start as of September 1, 2026 and are interested in a working student position for 6 months- part time (16-20 h/week)
