Visual excellence is the heartbeat of our brand communication. The AI Marketing Lab team is tasked with developing the AI strategy for content production and publishing for Allianz in Germany. We are looking for a creative mind who can blend traditional graphic design craftsmanship with the speed and innovation of modern AI tools.
As a Working Student (m/f/d) in Graphic Design, you will support us in creating high-quality visual assets for campaigns, social media, and our website. You will ensure strict adherence to our brand guidelines while actively helping us build AI-supported image workflows to scale our content production to the next level.
What you do
- Design social media assets (Feed, Carousel, Story, Ads) as well as layouts for presentations and marketing materials.
- Independently handle format adaptations of existing campaign motifs and create variants for visual testing and optimization.
- Contribute to AI-based image generation processes and support the development of scalable workflows (e.g., using Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar tools).
- Ensure a consistent brand perception across all touchpoints by strictly following our Corporate Identity (CI) systems.
- Assist in the further development of visual guidelines and independently structure design briefings for efficient execution.
What you bring
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field.
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
- A strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchies, along with experience working within established CI systems.
- Ideally, initial experience with AI tools (e.g., NanoBanana, Weavy, Freepik, Higgsfield, Veo 3) and a basic understanding of prompt engineering.
- The ability to structure briefings independently and execute them efficiently with a high level of detail.
- A portfolio featuring practical projects (from agencies, corporate environments, or freelance work) is required.
- You can start immediately and are interested in a working student position for 6 months – part-time (16-20 h/week).
