Multimedia Designer (m/f/d)

Deine Aufgaben / Your responsibilities

• Create engaging visual assets across digital and print (e.g., social media, website, presentations, campaigns, whitepapers, sales materials) for our own brands, AirPlus and Eurocard, as well as for our co-brand portfolio
• Translate brand strategy into consistent, high-quality design systems and assets
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to bring campaigns and product stories to life
• Design for different stages of the funnel—from awareness to conversion
• Elevate our storytelling through strong visual narratives, infographics, video, and data visualisation
• Maintain and evolve our brand guidelines and design toolkit
• Work with external agencies and freelancers when needed

Deine Qualifikation / Your qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in multimedia design (in-house, agency, or startup environment)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, branding, and editorial work
• Ability to simplify complex topics (ideally finance, tech, or B2B) into clear visuals
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and modern design tools (e.g., Canva)
• Understanding of design for digital performance (e.g., social, web, and conversion-driven assets)
• Strong attention to detail and a high bar for quality and consistency
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
