Aufgaben
The candidate will be part of the IT department supporting applications used by Information Security Management and IT Operations teams.
Her / his role is to be part of both ongoing projects and run activities. The current roadmap aims at:
- Improving the application running our IT Service Management processes and specifically the CMDB
- Improving the Job monitoring tool
- Supporting the stabilization of the newly introduced GRC-Tool and further improvements of the application
- Supporting several other initiatives of Information Security Management
The candidate will be a Business Analyst, managing the delivery, quality of service and supporting enhancements of the respective IT landscape to meet business requirements.
Exciting tasks await you:
Facing the business contacts / end-users in Frankfurt and Paris:
- Qualify, challenge and frame the needs directly with the operational business lines or their representative
- Rationalization of business case, formalization of rational and preparation of synthesis for decision-making by top management
- Identification of architecture impacts, definition of target functional and technical architecture
- Manage the governance committees (English), workshop…
- Design the features (UI / logic / data), and model functionally the system (sequence, dependencies…)
- Manage Incident process: qualification, functional analysis, coordination, resolution plan
- Manage change requests in accordance with the service budget and framework
- Design Workbreakdown structure, planning and budget management
Facing the developer teams in Tunisia and Frankfurt:
- Write detailed functional specifications (User Stories)
- Provide functional support to developers
- Acceptance test and validation of functionalities
- Documentation of the functionalities
Facing Head of IT for ISM & IT Operations in Frankfurt:
- Project and progress reporting
- Reporting of alerts, risks and proposed solutions
