We plan, design, and implement development initiatives and tools to promote and retain talent, establish sustainable succession planning, and drive impactful career development programs across seniority levels — globally. Our work sits at the intersection of strategy, data, digital learning, and communication.

What you do

  • Support the development and implementation of talent management programs and initiatives
  • Design and develop new digital learning solutions and offers
  • Coordinate and steer Assessment Centers in collaboration with Talent Partners
  • Drive data analysis to identify insights for talent development strategies and enable evidence-based decision-making
  • Contribute to community management and communications for talent, leadership, and the broader People & Culture community
  • Prepare high-quality documents for presentations, program materials, and reports
  • Manage dedicated Talent Management projects through structured project management, including PMO support and stakeholder correspondence

What you bring

  • Enrolled student in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Data Science, Digital Marketing/Technology, or a related field
  • Experience or strong interest in data analytics and digital tools; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Power BI is a plus
  • Structured, organized working style with attention to detail and a proactive, creative mindset
  • Solution-focused and agile approach
  • Strong communication skills — written and spoken — and a high customer orientation
  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); German language skills are a plus
  • You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 6 months in full-time (38h/week)
