Intern (m/f/d) - M&A/Investment Banking

Your Tasks

Main focus on Strategy

• You analyze industries, business models, competitors and search for potential investors or targets in the respective transaction processes
• You support our deal teams in the preparation of company exposés and information memoranda
• You accompany due diligence processes by preparing information and managing the data room

Main focus on Finance

• You work on and review financial plans and LBO models together with the project teams
• You create peer groups and develop company valuations based on various methods such as CCA, CTA and DCF
• You support the analysis and preparation of financial information in all phases of M&A projects

Your Offer

• You are studying in the field of economics/business law/finance or in related fields with (very) good academic results
• Ideally, you have already completed internships in M&A/investment banking/private equity/audit or banking or in strategic/commercial departments of a company
• As an entrepreneurial personality, you can quickly get familiar with new tasks and work in a highly quality and success-oriented manner
• You have a good understanding of business models and competitive environments as well as corporate figures
• You have very good German and English skills
