We are looking for a motivated intern, eager to support our consultants on various topics in the area of Operational Efficiency and Innovation.\n\n## **Key responsibilities \u002F You will get to:**\n\n- Support specific project tasks under the guidance of senior colleagues (Engagement Manager, Principal Consultant, Senior Consultant etc.)\n- Support the project lead and team in strategic client interactions and follow up on the resulting to-dos through to completion\n- Help prepare client pitches & proposals\n- Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events\n\n## **Key requirements \u002F What we hope you bring:**\n\n- Enrollment in university, or in a gap year; excellent academic results in your university degree\n- Your excellent command of English that you will use while preparing and delivering presentations and reports\n- Prior consultancy experience is a must\n- Your interest in consulting methodologies, tools and techniques combined with curiosity for or knowledge of insurance and financial services\n- An affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking to help you organize and prioritize your tasks\n- Basic understanding of AI frameworks and the ability to utilize AI tools in everyday tasks.
