Was ist der Inhalt der Rolle?

• Mitarbeit im operativen HR-Tagesgeschäft
• Verantwortliche Durchführung der Pay-Roll in Datev, incl. Vorbereitung, Nachbereitung, Meldungen und Qualitätskontrolle
• Beratung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte bei Fragen rund um die Personalprozesse
• Unterstützung beim Rekrutierungsprozess: Beantworten von Bewerberanfragen, Administration des Bewerbungstools, Mitwirkung bei Vorstellungsgesprächen
• Anlage und Pflege der elektronischen Personalakten, Pflege des Personalinformationstools „Workday“ und der internen Wiki-Seiten
• Mitwirkung bei der Aktualisierung Überprüfung der internen Weisungen und Leistungen
• Zusammenarbeit mit externen Behörden und Wirtschaftsprüfern
• Vertretung des Teams bei Abwesenheiten

Was sind die Anforderungen?

• Kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
• Mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrungen im Bereich HR und Abrechnung (Datev)
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Kontaktfreude und hohe Serviceorientierung
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
• Teamfähigkeit, Kreativität und die Bereitschaft zielorientiert und selbständig zu arbeiten
