Global Partnership Coordinator (m/f/d)

You’ll develop, deliver, coordinate, and optimize strategic operational activities with global partners to create an outstanding customer journey. Moreover, you work across teams and markets to turn collaboration into real impact and seamless partner and customer experiences.

• Strategic Partnership Advisory: Advise partners from a strategic operational but also from a technical integration perspective and align collaboration with overall business objectives
• Key Point of Contact: Serve as the main interface for global partners on strategic projects and coordinate internal teams across multiple markets
• Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the Global Sales Team to ensure a consistent and aligned partner strategy
• Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management: Bring together diverse internal and external stakeholders and coordinate teams to deliver strategic initiatives while keeping the bigger picture in focus
• Problem Solving & Communication: Identify challenges early, develop possible solutions, and manage clear communications internally and externally
• Impact & Execution: Drive strategic operational activities that turn partnership collaboration into tangible results and seamless customer experiences worldwide

Deine Qualifikation / Your qualifications

• Business Travel & Industry Knowledge: Preferably a solid understanding of business travel processes and industry systems (e.g., GDS, back-office, OBE)
• Payment Solutions & Partner Integration: Interest in payment solutions and the integration of AirPlus merchants and partners
• Product & Partner Ecosystem Understanding: You preferably understand the AirPlus product ecosystem and how different partners contribute to our value chain
• Project Management & Prioritization: You have strong project management skills, can prioritize effectively, and navigate competing priorities
• Communication & Proactivity: You communicate with clarity, make decisions confidently, and most importantly: you take personal ownership
• Diplomatic Decision-Making: You can say "no" clearly and diplomatically, and you are able to strengthen long-term partnerships within the process chain
• Language Skills: Very good English skills (spoken and written); other languages – especially German – are a plus
• Education & Experience: A university degree (Bachelor or equivalent) or comparable professional experience
• Motivation & Mindset: Reliability, curiosity, hands-on mentality, and a service-oriented mindset
