About the Job

As Global Functional Talent Advisor you are the trusted strategic people partner towards the business. Guiding, coaching and translating functional business and ist priorities into actionable people strategies.

You bring clarity, excellence and compliance via effective, forward-looking people processes and initiatives to accelerate business transformation via people strategies. You act as a first point of contact for all strategic people topics to each function in close interaction with local and regional Talent Advisors to support the business also in becoming a truly global organization.

What you do

  • Act as a strategic people advisor to assigned function, its respective Executive management team member and their direct reports.
  • Ensure people strategy and portfolio such as Strategic Workforce Planning(SWP), people analytics, shoring strategy, financial planning, recruitment, talent management and development is fully leveraged to drive transformation, innovation and growth.
  • Collaborate with local and regional Talent advisors as well as central global P&C teams(People Analytics, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Performance& Rewards, Talent Experience, Org Excellence) to provide solutions that drive business success.
  • Support leaders in managing performance including goal setting, feedback, development conversations, and performance improvement when required.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters, providing pragmatic, compliant, and people‑centered solutions in a matrixed, international environment.

What you bring

  • Allianz Executive (AE) expert leader; relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, CCP) preferred.
  • 10+ years in strategic HR Business Partnering at senior or executive level, ideally within a large, multinational organisation.
  • High analytical capabilities and solution orientation, numbers driven and pragmatic mindset
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in partering with senior executives combining strategic thinking and execution.
  • Navigating organizational complexity, with proven experience in implementing processes and initiatives globally
  • Deep business acumen with experience within IT industry with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations and lead through times of transformation.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management including experience in moderating Senior and Global Executive
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
