Als Fondsadministrator (m/w/d) übernimmst du Schritt für Schritt Verantwortung für die Betreuung eines Portfolios von Venture-Capital- und Private-Equity-Fondsmanagern. Dabei wirst du umfassend eingearbeitet und entwickelst dich zu einer wichtigen Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden in administrativen Fragestellungen. In dieser Rolle erwarten dich folgende Aufgaben:

• Unterstützung und schrittweise eigenständige Betreuung internationaler Mandanten und deren Gesellschafter
• Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Koordination von englischen Quartals- und Jahresberichten (HGB, IFRS, IPEV)
• Unterstützung bei der Koordination und Kontrolle der Finanzbuchhaltung und Jahresabschlüsse
• Mitwirkung bei Zahlungsabwicklungen und Liquiditätsüberwachung
• Unterstützung bei Kapitalabrufen sowie Berechnungen von Ausschüttungen, Waterfalls und Equalizations
• Mitarbeit bei der Berechnung und Überprüfung wichtiger Kennzahlen (NAV, IRR, Multiples etc.)
• Kennenlernen und Nachvollziehen von Vertragsstrukturen sowie Investitions- und Liquiditätsmodellen
• Einblicke in regulatorische Themen (z. B. FATCA, CRS, BaFin, Deutsche Bundesbank)

Für deinen Einstieg als Fondsadministrator (m/w/d) bringst du idealerweise Folgendes mit:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft oder einem finanz- bzw. zahlenbezogenen Fachbereich (auch Berufseinsteiger willkommen) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse (Deutsch C2 / Englisch B2–C1)
• Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel
• Motivation, Neues zu lernen und dich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln
• Strukturierte, zuverlässige und engagierte Arbeitsweise
• Interesse an Finanzthemen und komplexen Zusammenhängen
