Your mission

Development of sourcing strategies and optimization of procurement processes
Design, creation, and implementation of cost-saving programs
Leading strategic negotiations and game-theory-based tendering in procurement
Execution of procurement transformations (e.g., Total Operating Model, process modeling)
Strategic analysis of material groups, procurement markets, and technical specifications
Conducting strategic negotiations with suppliers (including monopolists)
Preparation and execution of game-theory-based tender processes

Your profile

Successfully completed degree in economics or engineering
Proven multi-year professional experience in the procurement department (direct and indirect) of an industrial company or a consulting firm, including interim roles
Operational expertise in negotiation and structuring of procurement processes
Practical experience with turnaround projects in procurement is a plus
Experience working with procurement platforms such as Coupa, Synertrade, SMART, SAP Ariba, etc.
Excellent communication skills in both German and English with a confident presence
Strong analytical skills paired with a pragmatic, independent working style
Willingness to travel: Four days per week at the respective portfolio company
