We are currently looking for a Working Student to join the IT Compliance & Enterprise Architecture Team! The position will be based in our Frankfurt office.

About the Job

The IT Compliance & Enterprise Architecture Team supports IT Governance, Risk and Compliance activities within a regulated asset management environment while maintaining oversight of application, technology and service landscapes across the organization.

As a Working Student, you will gain practical experience in IT compliance, governance processes, enterprise architecture, data analysis, reporting, and information quality management. You will also work with modern digital and AI-assisted productivity tools while supporting stakeholder engagement and management reporting activities.

What you do

Support IT compliance activities, reporting, and governance processes
Maintain compliance-related inventories, registers, and documentation
Perform data quality reviews and support regulatory initiatives
Maintain application, technology, and service inventories
Contribute to data quality improvements across architecture repositories
Prepare reports, dashboards, and management presentations
Analyze trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Perform data quality analyses and identify inconsistencies
Support simplification and standardization initiatives
Leverage digital and AI-enabled tools to increase efficiency.

What you bring

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and engaging manner
Affinity for technology and digital solutions
German language skills are a plus
Ability to work accurately and manage multiple tasks in a structured manner
Interest in IT governance, compliance, enterprise architecture, and data analysis
Ability to use Microsoft Copilot, with a strong commitment to ethical and responsible AI practices.
