Job Responsibilities The incumbent will be part of UOB Vietnam Finance & Corporate Services, focusing on the following: Strategic Planning and Financial Management Manage the end-to-end performance measurement process, ensuring MIS accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis across Bank, Segment, Product, and Branch levels to support strategic decisions. Lead the strategic planning exercise for UOBV, aligning financial objectives with business priorities. Maintain and monitor financial metrics within the Country Balanced Scorecard framework. Perform detailed profitability analysis, identify key drivers, and recommend actionable strategies to improve business performance. Oversee cost pools, allocation methodologies, and cost drivers to ensure transparency and efficiency. Drive cost optimization initiatives, strengthen governance processes, and evaluate return on investment for major projects. Stakeholder Management Act as a trusted Business Finance partner to key stakeholders across the Bank, providing insights and strategic recommendations. Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and reports to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and regulatory authorities. Process Improvement Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance management processes, systems, and reporting capabilities. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and implement best practices for efficiency and accuracy.
