Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Act as business partner with hiring managers to understand hiring specifics and needs, define job requirements and business expectations
Conduct competency-based interviews to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Contribute to developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talents
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree / Master in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, business partnership
Excellent interviewing and assessment skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience in automated recruiting systems, MS Office
Previous experience in SAP Success Factors Recruiting would be considered an advantage
Experience with AI technologies such as ChatGPT, Copilot etc.
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Proven experience in budget management will be considered an advantage
