What you do:

Manage the entire personnel administration process, including hiring, reassignment, and termination of employees.
Supervise and actively participate in the calculation of salaries, bonuses, additional remuneration, and deductions, including civil and management contracts.
Ensure timely payment of salaries and social security contributions.
Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies.
Optimize administrative and payroll processes for improved efficiency and accuracy.
Prepare reports, analyses, and summaries related to personnel and labor costs for management.
Coordinate with other departments, such as Finance, for HR data analytics and controlling.
Collaborate with external institutions, auditors, and consultants.
Maintain and control HR information systems.

What You Bring:

University degree in Economics, Accounting, Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in payroll and personnel administration, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.
Knowledge of core HRM processes, systems, and tools; experience with Hermes and SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
Proficiency in data analysis and management, including MS Office.
Excellent understanding of labor and social security legislation.
Experience with payroll software and advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
Effective team management and communication skills.
