About the role

  • Lead the end-to-end Pricing and Actuarial workstream within the Duck Creek Program, driving planning, requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria), design, build, testing, and delivery in collaboration with the Product Manager and other POs.
  • Own the rating capability in Duck Creek, ensuring accurate premium calculations, reconciliation with legacy systems, and correct application of policy and member discounts.
  • Oversee data readiness and actuarial alignment, validating legacy data, ensuring it meets target requirements, and supporting pricing, financial, and regulatory reporting needs.
  • Define and implement controls and processes (e.g., rate change governance, separation of duties, reconciliation), while solving complex pricing and ensuring auditability.
  • Partner with stakeholders, business analysts, and change teams to deliver integrated outcomes, drive business readiness, and ensure successful go-live across policy, billing, and pricing streams.

About you

  • Extensive experience leading programs in complex, matrixed environments, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Having delivered IT transformation project will be an advantage.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects end-to-end, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and resolving issues effectively.
  • Strong ability to translate strategy into execution, particularly in policy system transformations and process design.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration, working effectively across diverse teams.
  • Experience in legacy system transformation and Agile delivery, with insurance and Duck Creek exposure considered advantageous.
  • A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape
