We’re looking for a Large Loss Repair Administrator to join our high‑performing team and play a key role in delivering efficient, customer-centric and technology-enabled claims outcomes.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of property repair claims end‑to‑end, working closely with builders and trades to deliver outstanding results.

You’ll leverage insight-led decision making, performance analytics, and smart process optimisation to drive improvements in cost, service delivery, and turnaround times.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage insurance repair claims across their full lifecycle
Partner with builders and trades to ensure KPI performance, accountability, and quality outcomes
Use data insights and reporting dashboards to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities
Drive cost optimisation and efficiency gains across repair processes
Deliver exceptional customer experiences through clear, empathetic communication
Resolve issues and complaints with a solution-focused, agile mindset
Support compliance with WHS and industry regulations (GICOP)
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence

What You Bring

2+ years’ experience in property claims or insurance
Strong understanding of end-to-end claims management
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Ability to use multiple systems and adapt to digital platforms and emerging technologies
High attention to detail with a data-driven mindset
Confident communicator who can influence and build strong stakeholder relationships
Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively
Understanding of WHS requirements in the building/repair space (desirable)
Desktop assessing or repair management experience (advantageous)
