Job Purpose/Role

We are looking for a forward-thinking and results-oriented working student (m/f/d) to strengthen our Investment Controlling & Valuation department. The position will be based in our Munich office and should have a duration of at least 6 months (16 hours per week) starting from 1st of March 2026 onwards.

As a Working Student in the IFRS Accounting & Reporting team, you will support key processes related to IFRS accounting and reporting for AGI Private Markets’ diverse investment portfolio, including infrastructure equity, renewables, and private equity funds.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with IFRS accounting and reporting topics for AGI Private Markets’ investment portfolio
Contribute to the preparation of IFRS and HGB analyses and accounting guidelines for international transactions
Support onboarding new investment strategies from an IFRS accounting perspective
Identify opportunities for AI-enabled process improvements in accounting and reporting workflows
Leveraging ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for efficient data preparation and transformation

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

Advanced studies in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field, ideally with a focus on International Accounting
Initial practical experience through internships in corporate finance and accounting departments
Solid knowledge of IFRS and HGB Accounting
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Power Query, Power Automate, Power BI, and AI tools is a plus
Strong analytical skills, structured and independent work style
Highly motivated with exceptional communication skills, a proactive approach to challenges, and a strong ability to collaborate effectively within teams
Written and oral proficiency in English required, working knowledge of German is a plus
