What You'll Do:

As a Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, responsible for expanding our client portfolio and driving business success. Your responsibilities will include:

Promoting Allianz Trade services directly and in collaboration with brokers.
Achieving ambitious sales targets set by our management team.
Prospecting the market to identify potential customers through proactive acquisition, including cold calling.
Building strong relationships with potential clients and staying in touch to foster collaboration.
Preparing tailored offers and policies, explaining them to clients, and negotiating agreements.
Contributing to the development of our sales department and keeping records in line with Group requirements.

What You Bring:

We’re looking for a motivated, self-driven individual with:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Market knowledge in financial services or insurance (an advantage).
Proven experience in a sales advisor or B2B sales role with a customer-oriented and results-driven approach.
Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
A proactive mindset, ownership of your agenda, and the ability to deliver results.
Language skills: Native Czech and good English (reading, speaking, and writing).
A basic understanding of or interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.
