Consult with business, information, and technical subject matter experts to identify how a given business architecture can support these goals. Assist in developing technology roadmaps and overall technology strategy. Understanding of banking and banking trends Understand technology trends and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models. Deep knowledge across infrastructure, cloud, data, and analytics architectures Industry and competitor research Broad general technology knowledge Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication Strong analytical and conceptual skills Strategic planning, leadership, and relationship management Understanding of organizational structure and culture Ability to manage ambiguity. Ability to provide conflict resolution. Risk management Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience Master’s degree in technology or business desirable 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture At least 3 years in a leadership role desirable Experience in architecting enterprise applications across the application, data, and infrastructure domains Experience in managing and driving enterprise architecture capabilities within a large corporation. Experience in the Financial Services industry is preferred. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and practices. Must be a Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus. Must be highly reliable, trustworthy, honest, and commitment oriented. Experience in performing industry analysis and identifying technology trends specific to the portfolio. The ability to manage and mentor a team of architects ensuring the development and growth of the team. Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $116,000.00 - $216,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location.
