ให้บริการและคำแนะนำด้านการวางแผนทางการเงินแก่ลูกค้ารายบุคคลที่มีความมั่งคั่งสูง (High Net Worth Individuals) เพื่อช่วยให้ลูกค้าบรรลุเป้าหมายทางการเงินผ่านผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินที่หลากหลายของ UOB (ไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน)

ความรับผิดชอบ:

• สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้ากลุ่มเป้าหมาย เพื่อทำความเข้าใจความต้องการและเป้าหมายทางการเงินของลูกค้าอย่างลึกซึ้ง
• วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางการเงินของลูกค้า เพื่อนำเสนอโซลูชั่นและผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงินที่เหมาะสม เช่น การลงทุน ประกันภัย การวางแผนเกษียณ และการวางแผนมรดก
• ติดตามและประเมินผลการดำเนินงานของพอร์ตการลงทุนของลูกค้าอย่างสม่ำเสมอ พร้อมให้คำแนะนำในการปรับเปลี่ยนตามสถานการณ์ตลาดและเป้าหมายของลูกค้า
• ให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องและครบถ้วนเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการของธนาคาร รวมถึงความเสี่ยงและผลตอบแทนที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ปฏิบัติตามนโยบายและขั้นตอนของธนาคาร รวมถึงกฎระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจธนาคารและการวางแผนทางการเงิน
• แสวงหาโอกาสในการขยายฐานลูกค้าใหม่และเพิ่มมูลค่าความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าปัจจุบัน
• ทำงานร่วมกับทีมผู้เชี่ยวชาญภายในธนาคาร เช่น ผู้จัดการกองทุน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าลูกค้าจะได้รับบริการที่ดีที่สุด

คุณสมบัติ:

• ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การเงิน การตลาด หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในธุรกิจธนาคาร การเงิน หรือการขายผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงิน โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในด้านการบริหารความมั่งคั่งหรือการดูแลลูกค้าบุคคลพิเศษ
• มีใบอนุญาตผู้แนะนำการลงทุน (IC License) หรือใบอนุญาตที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่หน่วยงานกำกับดูแลกำหนด
• มีความรู้ความเข้าใจอย่างลึกซึ้งเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินต่างๆ เช่น กองทุนรวม ตราสารหนี้ ตราสารทุน ประกันชีวิต และผลิตภัณฑ์อนุพันธ์
• มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดีเยี่ยม ทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ (หากมี)
• มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์และการแก้ปัญหาที่ดี
• มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีความกระตือรือร้น และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันเพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายได้
• มีความซื่อสัตย์สุจริตและยึดมั่นในจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพอย่างเคร่งครัด
