ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านสินเชื่อที่อยู่อาศัย (Mortgage Specialist) จะรับผิดชอบในการให้คำแนะนำแก่ลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์สินเชื่อที่อยู่อาศัยของธนาคาร, ประเมินความเหมาะสมของสินเชื่อ, และอำนวยความสะดวกในกระบวนการขอสินเชื่อ เพื่อให้ลูกค้าได้รับบริการที่ราบรื่นและมีประสิทธิภาพ

ความรับผิดชอบ

• ให้คำปรึกษาและแนะนำลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์สินเชื่อที่อยู่อาศัยต่างๆ ของธนาคาร โดยทำความเข้าใจความต้องการทางการเงินและสถานการณ์ของลูกค้า
• ประเมินคุณสมบัติของผู้สมัครสินเชื่อและให้คำแนะนำเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับประเภทสินเชื่อที่เหมาะสม
• รวบรวมเอกสารประกอบการขอสินเชื่อที่จำเป็นจากลูกค้าและตรวจสอบความถูกต้องครบถ้วน
• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ฝ่ายอนุมัติสินเชื่อ ฝ่ายกฎหมาย และฝ่ายประเมินหลักทรัพย์ เพื่อให้กระบวนการอนุมัติสินเชื่อเป็นไปอย่างรวดเร็ว
• สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า เพื่อส่งเสริมการขายผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการอื่นๆ ของธนาคาร
• ติดตามแนวโน้มตลาดอสังหาริมทรัพย์และผลิตภัณฑ์สินเชื่อที่อยู่อาศัยของคู่แข่ง เพื่อปรับปรุงและนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• ปฏิบัติตามนโยบาย ระเบียบปฏิบัติ และกฎเกณฑ์ของธนาคารและหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลอย่างเคร่งครัด

คุณสมบัติ

• วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการเงิน, เศรษฐศาสตร์, บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปี ในสายงานสินเชื่อที่อยู่อาศัย หรือสินเชื่อประเภทอื่นๆ จากสถาบันการเงิน
• มีความรู้ความเข้าใจอย่างลึกซึ้งเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์สินเชื่อที่อยู่อาศัย กระบวนการให้สินเชื่อ และกฎระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการนำเสนอที่ดีเยี่ยม ทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ (หากมี)
• มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองและการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า
• มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางการเงินและประเมินความเสี่ยง
• มีความมุ่งมั่นในการทำงานให้บรรลุเป้าหมายและสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
• มีใบอนุญาตนายหน้าอสังหาริมทรัพย์ หรือใบอนุญาตอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
