Manager - Country AI Engineer

Build and deliver AI solutions for an insurance business, supporting use cases across Generative AI, predictive modeling, and analytics. You will work closely with senior engineers and business stakeholders to develop production-ready AI services on Azure.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI solutions from design through deployment and continuous improvement.
• Build AI applications across Generative AI, predictive modeling, and analytics depending on business priority.
• Perform data preparation, EDA, model development, testing, and evaluation.
• Deploy and support AI services and pipelines on Azure with focus on reliability and performance.
• Work with business teams (claims, underwriting, sales, operations) and contribute to documentation and engineering best practices.

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years in AI/ML engineering or software engineering with strong ML exposure.
• Strong Python and software engineering skills APIs/services, testing, maintainability).
• Strong understanding of ML fundamentals and practical AI evaluation (for both GenAI and classical ML).
• Experience working on Azure or similar cloud.
• Experience with Azure AI services or deployment tools.
• Exposure to MLOps/LLMOps practices (monitoring, CI/CD, model lifecycle management).
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or regulated environments.
• Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot 365, will be an advantage.
