Premier Relationship Officer - International Wealth Why Join Us As a Premier Relationship Officer at OCBC, you will play a vital support role within a dynamic team dedicated to delivering excellent service to Premier Banking clients. What You Do -Provide one-stop banking solutions to customers. -Strengthen Premier Banking customer relationships through effective relationship management. -Provide good and productive operational support to Relationship Managers (RMs). -Assist RMs in preparing loan applications and processing sales transactions. -Provide service and marketing support for all Premier Banking transactions. -Ensure superior customer service to contribute positively to the overall Premier Banking customer experience. -Provide administrative support to the International Wealth Premier team. -Manage client documentation and data entry accurately. -Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. -Maintain accurate records and reports. Who You Are -Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience. -At least a Diploma qualification (Degree is desirable). -Good interpersonal and customer service skills. -Strong operational knowledge. -Pleasant personality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Strong organizational and time management skills. -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. -Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
