About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager – Head of Portals to lead the global implementation and support of our client-facing portals. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless onboarding, integration, and ongoing support for clients across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical expertise and business acumen, with a proven track record in managing distributed teams and delivering projects using the SAFe Agile methodology.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a global team responsible for the implementation, support, and enhancement of client portals.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and thirdparty vendors to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements, including maintaining accurate documentation and access controls.
- Oversee JML processes to ensure timely and secure provisioning and deprovisioning of access to portal systems.
- Collaborate with InfoSec team to implement and enforce security best practices, including data protection, user authentication, and vulnerability management.
- Oversee the SAFe Agile delivery of portal-related projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Drive continuous improvement in portal functionality, user experience, and operational efficiency.
- Manage cross-functional teams located in India, South Africa, Serbia, and Canada.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with Product to define and prioritize portal features and enhancements.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of closed-ended fund structures and digital client engagement strategies.
Skills Required
- 8+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 3 years managing global teams.
- Strong background in both business and technology, ideally within financial services or fintech.
- Proven experience with client portals and digital platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and project delivery frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with distributed teams and managing across time zones.
- Technical proficiency in portal technologies, APIs, and integration frameworks.
- Understanding of closed-ended fund structures and client onboarding processes is a strong advantage.
