Looking to hire a Manager of Cloud Security with detailed understanding of cloud security methodologies for AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Responsibilities:

Pay meticulous attention to detail, outstanding problem-solving skills, work under pressure, and deliver to tight deadlines
Front-to-back ownership of the cloud security program
Drive risk-focused conversations with Senior Management and stakeholders
Technical oversight of other PIMCO Cloud Team Members
Apply Security-as-Code principles to improve product suite security
Provide training, mentoring, and best practices for teams

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, or related qualification/experience
CI/CD deployment pipeline experience (Terraform, GitLab, CHEF, etc.)
Working knowledge of Vulnerability/Compliance, Patch Management, Anti-malware, Access Control Management toolsets
Excellent understanding of cloud security solutions and architectures (IAAS, PAAS, SAAS)
Experience with LAMBA functions
Knowledge of application/system/infrastructure security monitoring toolsets
Understanding of current threat landscape, specifically Cloud
Strong technical knowledge of secure engineering principles, privacy (DPA/GDPR), and compliance standards (OWASP/ISO/CIS/ISF/NIST, Cloud Security Alliance)
Lead architecture and design of API Security, Container Security, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Security
Implement security features, monitoring tools, and periodic security assessments
Develop processes/technologies to reduce cloud security deficiencies and creative reporting mechanisms
Participate in security design & architecture principles, standards, and training

PIMCO follows a total compensation approach:

Base salary: Determined by core job responsibilities, experience, internal level, and market factors
Salary Range: $175,000.00 - $240,000.00
