Responsibilities:
- Maintain and administer IT systems and services related to banking operations to ensure high availability and performance.
- Manage network configurations and security protocols specific to banking systems to safeguard sensitive financial data.
- Install, configure, and support various banking software applications and middleware systems.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to identify potential security risks and compliance issues.
- Collaborate with IT staff and external vendors to implement improvements and upgrades to banking systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to banking staff regarding system operations and troubleshooting.
- Ensure strict adherence to banking regulations and industry best practices.
- The candidate should be able to manage the downtime of network servers and links.
- Be able to manage firewall, security and adhere to BSP IT requirements.
- Good to have a banking background.
