Job Overview

Creating, developing and supporting advanced business applications for the Wholesale Lending line of business
Will be assigned to WB Tech Lending COI 2 – Financial Spreading Squad
Will be interacting with Manila Engineers(COI2), business stakeholders and counterparts in NL

Key Responsibilities

Searching and proposing solutions using the newest technologies
Creating, developing and supporting applications within the Wholesale Lending line of business
Building and deploying applications needed for Lifecycle Management

Key Capabilities/Experience

Advanced knowledge of Java 8
Knowledge of Java 11 and beyond is preferred
Experience of using various spring modules like Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Batch
Experience in developing Java Microservices – REST APIs
Knowledge of Hibernate Framework
Very good knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and Design Patterns

Minimum Qualifications

Knowledge and know how on ING Frameworks – Merak, Touchpoint and Kafka
Knowledge of Continuous Delivery Tools: Jenkins, Artifactory, Git, TFS, Azure DevOps
Prior experience of working in an Agile/DevOps environment
Knowledge of Micro-Services architecture, dispersion services, scalability, container technologies: Docker, OpenShift
Skills in writing scripts using Bash or Python
