Data Engineer

The Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and data infrastructure that support business intelligence, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines.
Build and optimize data warehouses, data lakes, and data marts.
Integrate data from multiple internal and external sources.
Develop and maintain database structures and data models.
Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and governance.
Monitor and optimize data pipeline performance.
Collaborate with Data Analysts, Business Analysts, Software Developers, and stakeholders to understand data requirements.
Automate data processing and reporting workflows.
Troubleshoot data-related issues and implement long-term solutions.
Document data architecture, processes, and technical specifications.
At least 2-3 years of experience in Data Engineering or related roles
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
Hands-on experience in ETL development and data pipeline management
Proficiency in Python, Java or Scala for data processing.
Knowledge of QlikView or other BI tools.
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Understanding of data governance, data security, and compliance best practices.
