What You'll Do Develop and maintain reporting and analytics solutions that support business performance and decision-making Gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable data and reporting solutions Extract, transform, validate, and integrate data from multiple sources Design and implement data handling processes, including ingestion, transformation, modelling, and storage Build dashboards and reporting solutions using Cognos and Power BI Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement Present insights and recommendations to business stakeholders Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across reporting assets Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver high-impact analytical solutions What We're Looking For Required Skills & Experience At least 2-5 years of experience in a data-related role Expertise in ETL technologies such as IBM DataStage or similar data integration tools Strong expertise in SQL and relational database management systems (RDBMS) Experience handling both structured and unstructured data Extensive experience designing and implementing data handling processes, including data ingestion, data transformation, data modelling, and data storage.
