Strong understanding of accounting, financial controls, reconciliations, exception management and the impact of intercompany transactions on legal-entity reporting. Demonstrated project management capability, including planning, requirements management, milestone tracking, risk and issue management, stakeholder reporting, testing coordination and implementation readiness. Strong analytical judgement, structured problem-solving and the ability to provide concise management insights and recommendations. Confident stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across Finance, Tax, Governance, Technology, auditors and regional teams. Working knowledge of SAP and experience with finance systems, automation or transformation initiatives; exposure to SAP S\u002F4HANA or PaPM is an advantage. Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgement to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
