The Assistant Manager MPM is expected to negotiate the tariff and facilitate the onboarding of Medical Providers with an objective to have a diverse portfolio of medical services which are financially escalations, ensure provider satisfaction, and maintain strong strategic relationships with key network partners.\n- Oversee all Oman MPM activities, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and regional strategy.\n- Fully own and lead all regulatory deliverables mandated by the **Financial Services Authority (FSA)** under the regional guidance.\n- Coordinate with regulators, providers, internal legal, claims, and IT to ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements.\n- Lead the full transition from internal codes to Standard CPT pricing across contracted providers.\n- Conduct technical tariff mapping, CPT validation, and price impact simulations to ensure cost-neutral implementation.\n- Negotiate revised price lists with hospitals and clinics to avoid cost inflation and manage financial risks.\n- Work closely with Mapping and claims teams to validate coding accuracy and financial implications.\n- Lead the rollout of ePrescriptions across all contracted pharmacies and ensure seamless integration with Damani and PBM systems under regional direction.\n- Drive the completion of the regulatory mandated SPC.\n- Ensure providers adopt required contractual terms, pricing structures, and regulatory clauses.\n- Manages negotiations with Medical Providers to reduce average claim cost per network.\n- Provide regional and local Medical provider cost analysis to facilitate Cost Containment & Financial Savings impact\n- Tariff negotiation and renegotiations\u002F new service inclusions with the providers to maintain competitive tariff in line with defined benchmarks.\n- Enhances the Provider revenue structure to generate savings in line the regional MPM strategy as applicable and in compliance with the regulatory framework.\n- Responsible for supporting periodic reporting of MPM centrally and regionally.\n- Maintain and update all the required trackers \u002F reports\u002FDashboards required within MPM function\n- Maintain valid Medical Provider data, hierarchy, and links for the region and update web interactive portal services.\n- Manages the negotiation of health checkup packages \u002F Gate keeper arrangements \u002F special schemes
