Your day-to-day activities will include: Exploring customer needs, market developments and new AI capabilities relevant to Conversational Banking. Analysing customer journeys and interactions to identify opportunities to make banking easier and more intuitive. Creating clear presentations and recommendations to share your findings and help shape next steps. Supporting the senior program manager with executing the program governance, drafting status updates, and taking care of program communication.
