Job Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. * Proven experience in financial advisory, sales, or banking, preferably with a focus on retail clients. * Strong understanding of financial products, investment principles, and market dynamics. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. * Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets. * Possession of relevant industry licenses (e.g., FIMM, PCE, CUTE) is a significant advantage. * Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken). * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
