Job Summary El Analista de mantenimiento debe garantizar la movilidad de nuestros clientes, aportando soluciones y alternativas que garanticen el correcto flujo de trabajo, que incluye el seguimiento de los ingresos del día, análisis de presupuestos, autorizaciones según parámetros y garantizar la salida de los coches de acuerdo con los tiempos establecidos, así como el ahorro de los recursos de la empresa. Main Responsibilities -Confirmación de entrada de unidades. -Solicitud de presupuestos a proveedores. -Análisis de presupuestos. -Solicitud de autorización interna o externa (clientes), sólo en caso de solicitud. -Autorización de presupuestos en plataforma SAT y AldAvar según parámetros del cliente. -Gestión de garantías. Seguimiento de liberaciones. Cierre de tickets en la plataforma. Garantizar la correcta ejecución con usuarios y proveedores. Seguimiento con los clientes internos para mejora continua de los procesos. Asegurar el cumplimiento de los KPI del área. Coordinar y resolver los delay que se puedan presentar en el día a día. Knowledge Required Educación: Licenciatura Terminada (Ingeniero automotriz) o técnico automotriz) o afín. Experiencia mínima de 2 años comprobada en industria similar Conocimiento de Excel intermedio Experiencia en manejo de CRM (Salesforce) Experiencia en ALD SAT y Aldavar (Plus) Condiciones generales de pólizas de auto (coberturas, exclusiones, deducibles).
