INTERNSHIP - Data Operations Officer

Within the Data Management department, the Data Operations service is responsible for updating the administrative data of individual and corporate customers.

We are seeking an Intern for a 6-month internship beginning in February 2026.

Please note that only students who can provide a valid internship agreement (school convention) will be considered.

Your tasks:

• Ensure that the customer's KYC and identification data meet the requirements of current regulatory standards, in order to guarantee good Data Quality from the moment the customer enters into a relationship until the account is closed.
• Be familiar with the bank's KYC documents and tools.
• Provide cross-functional operational support to the PB, Retail Banking and Wholesale Banking business lines.
• Participate in improving procedures in line with Group regulations.
• Participate in the development of new tools to better cover the Bank's risks.
• Detect administrative anomaly, operational risk or malfunction that could impact the data quality of our file.

Your profile:

Education :

• 3+ year degree in Banking/ Finance/ Economics/ Law
• Experience in financial services is a plus

Languages :

• English and French are essential, any other language will be an advantage
