Mettre en place des outils de suivi, de contrôle et de reporting garantissant la fiabilité et la traçabilité des données financières. Développer et documenter les procédures de trésorerie dans une logique d'amélioration continue et de conformité. ALM et gestion des risques financiers: Participer à la gestion et au pilotage de l'Asset & Liability Management (ALM) en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Controlling & Reporting et le CFO. Contribuer aux analyses de liquidité, de financement et de risques financiers. Produire des reportings réguliers et des indicateurs de pilotage permettant d'assurer une gestion proactive des risques. Recouvrement et risques clients: Contribuer au processus de gestion des impayés et des situations de défaut conformément aux standards NDOD (New Definition of Default). Assurer le suivi des dossiers de recouvrement sur une clientèle principalement composée de grands comptes. Coordonner les interactions avec les équipes commerciales, crédit, juridique ainsi qu'avec la deuxième ligne de défense (LOD2). Participer à l'analyse préventive des portefeuilles clients afin d'identifier les risques de défaut et proposer les actions appropriées. Transformation, gouvernance et amélioration continue: Coordonner les projets de transformation liés aux activités de trésorerie, recouvrement et gestion des risques financiers. Assurer la mise en adéquation des processus locaux avec les exigences réglementaires et les règles du Groupe. Structurer, formaliser et documenter les processus clés afin de renforcer l'efficacité opérationnelle et la qualité des contrôles. Concevoir, mettre en place et maintenir les fichiers de suivi, tableaux de bord et indicateurs de performance nécessaires au pilotage de l'activité. Garantir l'existence d'une piste d'audit robuste permettant une parfaite traçabilité des opérations, des contrôles et des décisions. Identifier et mettre en œuvre des solutions innovantes visant à améliorer l'efficience opérationnelle, la gestion du cash et les performances du recouvrement. Votre profil: Diplôme de niveau Bac+4\u002F5 (École de Commerce, Université, Finance, Économie ou équivalent). Expérience de 4 à 8 ans minimum en trésorerie, cash management, financement, ALM ou recouvrement corporate. Bonne compréhension des mécanismes de financement, de gestion de liquidité et des risques financiers. Expérience dans des environnements internationaux et matriciels constituant un avantage important. Expérience dans l'amélioration de processus, la conduite du changement ou la gestion de projets transverses. Votre mission : Au sein du Département Commercial, le Sales Administration Support a en charge la gestion administrative d'un portefeuille clients au sein du département commercial. Vous intervenez aux côtés des Sales Internal Mobility Consultants dans la tenue du portefeuille client. Votre rôle est de : Soutenir les Sales Mobility Consultants interne et externe dans la gestion administrative du portefeuille \u002F dans le développement du portefeuille et le renouvellement des contrats en cours. Contribuer au traitement des requêtes commerciales, (production d'offres, créations clients, commandes et suivi) (demande de modification contrat, valeur résiduelle, création ou modification d’offres, etc.) afin de garantir efficacité et réactivité Participer activement aux contrôles internes (Audit, GPS...)
