We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Workday Integration Analyst to join our team. This role will focus on development, support, and enhancement of integrations across our Workday ecosystem, including Finance integrations, Prism Analytics, PICOF/PECI, and the HR/HCM module. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio and a deep understanding of Workday’s integration architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PICOF, and PECI.
  • Support and optimize Finance integrations and Prism Analytics reporting pipelines.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions.
  • Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
  • Collaborate with IT Enterprise to align with firmwide integration standards.
  • Participate in Workday release testing and regression validation for integrations.
  • Maintain technical documentation and provide support for integration-related queries.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Workday integrations, with strong proficiency in Workday Studio.
  • Your Experiences on Workday HCM or Finance with Payroll and other end systems .
  • Lead the design ,build, and support testing of Workday Integrations code based on Studio, EIB, DT, Orchestrate for Integrations .
  • Solid understanding of PICOF/PECI for payroll and employee data exchange.
  • Experience with Prism Analytics and Financial integrations within Workday.
  • Familiarity with Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Business Processes.
  • Hands-on experience with BIRT for custom reporting and document generation.
  • Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, and integration testing tools (e.g., Postman).
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, Workday Domains, Security Groups, and Business Process configuration.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like ServiceNow.
  • Experience of designing workflow to solve business and technical Problems.
