With 9 to 12 years’ experience, the Senior Manager is responsible to manage Consulting\u002FTechnology projects across processes\u002F businesses driving excellence through design thinking, consulting, project management etc. The role requires to bring in best practices from the industry and provides solutions\u002Frecommendations to the client. Provide advisory services to business units, help solve issues, create value, maximise growth and improve business performance in the areas of strategy, structure, management & operations using established frameworks & methodologies Accountabilities\u002FResponsibilities Lead end-to-end process transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. Apply Lean Six Sigma and Design Thinking methodologies to solve business problems and drive operational excellence. Conduct process diagnostics, root cause analysis, and identify improvement opportunities. Design and implement process, operating model, automation, AI, and digital transformation solutions. Develop process maps and Value Stream Maps (VSMs) to optimise workflows and eliminate waste. Analyse business and operational data to generate actionable insights and support decision-making. Manage transformation projects, including governance, risks, dependencies, and benefits realisation. Prepare executive-level reporting, presentations, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
