Role Overview:
We are looking for detail-oriented professionals to join our Managed Services team, supporting real estate data operations, reporting, and invoice processing activities. The role involves close coordination with property managers and vendors, ensuring accurate, timely data processing and reporting across portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with property managers to ensure timely submission of property management reports
  • Support the onboarding of property managers and assist them with data submission processes
  • Perform data mapping and reconciliation between 4see platform and property manager submissions
  • Configure and maintain chart of accounts (COA) mappings and related data structures
  • Review financial and operational data for:
    • Completeness
    • Accuracy
    • Consistency
  • Identify missing, incorrect, or anomalous data and follow up with stakeholders for resolution
  • Conduct data validation and analytical reviews to maintain reporting quality
  • Review OCR-processed invoices for correctness before approval workflows
  • Coordinate with vendors for invoice clarifications, corrections, and discrepancies
  • Support invoice approval workflows and managed services operations across real estate portfolios

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Background in real estate leasing, operations, finance, or managed services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to identify data inconsistencies and financial discrepancies
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Capability to handle large datasets and multiple follow-ups simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Accounting background (added advantage)
  • Experience with real estate platforms such as:
    • Yardi
    • MRI Software
    • Similar ERP/property management tools
  • Understanding of:
    • Invoice processing
    • OCR validation
    • GL coding concepts
